
Mindfulness Classes
Join me for one of my mindfulness classes or a retreat. Classes are created for those curious about mindfulness and those who would like to strengthen their practice. Each class offers a variety of strategies, exercises, discussions, and time for meditation.

Drop-in Meditation Group every other Friday; next meeting July, 10 AM MT online
Join this morning meditation group for 30 minutes every other week. There is time to share, a short dharma message and a guided 20-minute meditation. Contact me through the Let's Chat button at the bottom of the page for the Zoom link.
R.A.I.N. Meditation Group (time TBA)

My background
Camille Riner graduated in January 2023 with her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certificate from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, Sounds True, and the Awareness Training Institute. She brings a creative flavor to her classes, often incorporating artwork, poetry, music, and movement. With a personal meditation practice that spans over a decade, Riner’s teaching interests in mindfulness include mindful creativity and well-being through guided meditations.
