
Mindfulness Classes
Join me for one of my mindfulness classes or a retreat. Classes are created for those curious about mindfulness and those who would like to strengthen their practice. Each class offers a variety of strategies, exercises, discussions, and time for meditation.

Drop-in Meditation Group every other Friday, next meeting Sept 5, 8 AM MT online
Join this morning meditation group for 30 minutes every other week. There is time to share, a short dharma message and a guided 20-minute meditation. Contact me through the Let's Chat button at the bottom of the page for the Zoom link.

R.A.I.N. Meditation Group (time TBA)

Meditative Drawing for Relaxation, Sept 24th, 7PM to 8:30PM, MT, Online
Meditative drawing is a simple way to focus your mind and cultivate relaxation. I’m teaching a chill Meditative Drawing for Relaxation where we will create simple drawings to relax and calm our nervous systems. I selected an evening time for those who want to finish the class and snuggle into bed.

Team Building Using Your Imagination and a Pen, Online
Two sessions offered: Oct 25th, 10AM – 11:30AM and November 3rd 2:00-3:30PM, MT
Sign-up your team or group and in just 90 minutes online, discover how to change your interpersonal dynamics using a forgotten tool from childhood – doodling. I will be co-teaching a team building class with my friend Dr. D using doodling. So, if you know a business or group that would enjoy time to play and get to know and work with each other better, check out our team building offering.

Introduction to Mindfulness, October 2nd, 10:00AM - 11:30AM, In-person
Please let your interested friends or family know I am offering an introductory class on mindfulness in Rapid City, October 2nd at 10-11:30AM. This will be a shortened version of my 4 week class. I will be doing activities, guided meditations, short talks, and discussions on what mindfulness is and how we can use it in our lives. This morning in-person class will be held on East Washington St. at the Community Learning Center in Rapid City, SD.

My background
Camille Riner graduated in January 2023 with her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certificate from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, Sounds True, and the Awareness Training Institute. She brings a creative flavor to her classes, often incorporating artwork, poetry, music, and movement. With a personal meditation practice that spans over a decade, Riner’s teaching interests in mindfulness include mindful creativity and well-being through guided meditations.
