Mindfulness Classes

Join me for one of my mindfulness classes or a retreat. Classes are created for those curious about mindfulness and those who would like to strengthen their practice. Each class offers a variety of strategies, exercises, discussions, and time for meditation.

Current Offerings 2026

Drop-in Meditation Group every other Friday, next meeting January 9, 8 AM MT online

Join this morning meditation group for 30 minutes every other week. There is time to share, a short dharma message and a guided 20-minute meditation. Contact me through the Let's Chat button at the bottom of the page for the Zoom link.

R.A.I.N. Meditation Group (time TBA)

I'd like to offer a small meditation group using the R.A.I.N. four-step process. This process is a directed inquiry with an opportunity to share. Let me know if you are interested by using the let's chat button. â€‹â€‹

21 Days of Mindfulness, starting January 18th

I am offering an introductory mindfulness class through Weston County Community Education. Our first class will be in-person at the Newcastle High School Library, January 18th 2:00 – 3:30 pm. The following 3 classes will move online, Thursday evenings: January 22, 29 and February 5 from 6:00-7:30pm on Zoom. We will look at how we can steady and anchor ourselves, work with challenges, and what to do when we feel overwhelmed or stuck. Meditative Drawing for Relaxation, Jan. 13th, 6:30 PM to 8:oo PM, MT, Online

Looking for ways to wind down in the evening? Meditative drawing is a simple activity to focus your mind and cultivate relaxation. Join me as I guide you through a series of drawing explorations to cultivate mindfulness and ease. This class is online, so you can transition right from the last mediation into bed for a restorative sleep.​​

Just Fun, Feb. 12th, 6:30 PM to 8:oo PM, MT, Online

Tired? Need a break from your overscheduled life? Join us and meet new people, in 90 minutes of lighthearted irreverence. Prepare yourself for games, giggles, and creative escapades. Silly jokes and bad puns welcome. Zoom in as we try out stuff that’s “Just Fun.”

Just Fun, March 29th, 3:30 PM to 5:oo PM, MT, Online

My background

Camille Riner graduated in January 2023 with her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certificate from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, Sounds True, and the Awareness Training Institute. She brings a creative flavor to her classes, often incorporating artwork, poetry, music, and movement. With a personal meditation practice that spans over a decade, Riner’s teaching interests in mindfulness include mindful creativity and well-being through guided meditations.
