Mindfulness Classes
Join me for one of my mindfulness classes or a retreat. Classes are created for those curious about mindfulness and those who would like to strengthen their practice. Each class offers a variety of strategies, exercises, discussions, and time for meditation.

Drop-in Meditation Group every other Friday, next meeting March 21th, 8 AM MST online
Join this morning meditation group for 30 minutes every other week. There is time to share, a short dharma message and a guided 20-minute meditation. Contact me through the Let's Chat button at the bottom of the page for the Zoom link.

R.A.I.N. Meditation Group (time TBA)
This spring I'd like to offer a small meditation group using the R.A.I.N. four-step process. This process is a directed inquiry with an opportunity to share. Let me know if you are interested by using the let's chat button.

​Upcoming Online Workshops and Classes​

​Drawing Meditations, March 16th from 3:00 - 4:30pm MT on Zoom Community Education of the Black Hills - Explore the grace and stability of concentration meditation through the act of drawing. A variety of drawing activities will be explored during this hands-on session. This is an online workshop so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own cozy space. No art experience needed.

"Seeking Rest?" a miniseries on Zoom, 3 bi-weekly sessions
Last session: Resting in Awareness Saturday, March 22nd 1:30 -3:00pm
To finish our series we will end with a restorative session on the concept of resting in awareness. Through discussion, sharing, guided meditations and gentle movement, participants will have an opportunity to try some of the ways we can access deep rest.

​Boost Your Creativity, March 29th from 3 - 5pm MT on Zoom register at Community Education of the Black Hills
Whether you are starting a new hobby, developing a new plan, or finishing a project, we all use creativity. This class will give you fuel for your imagination. Join us for joyful play and an opportunity to reconnect with your creativity. In two hours, in the comfort of your own home, we will rediscover, imagine, draw, move, and write. No art experience is needed.

21 Days of Exploring Mindfulness, March 2025: Tuesdays 10 AM - 11:30 AM MT (April 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd)
Have you wondered what mindfulness is about? Have you heard mindfulness reduces stress and increases resilience? Join me for "Twenty-one Days of Exploring Mindfulness" a four-week introductory course on ways to bring mindfulness into everyday situations. We will explore techniques, how-to suggestions, hands-on practices, meditations, and mindful movements that can offer more understanding and less stress. Participants will get a hands-on opportunity to try stationary meditations, body scans, gentle movement, and guided meditations. You will receive a workbook, weekly recorded guided meditations, and daily prompts to support your practice throughout the week. Thank you to the Custer County Library for sponsoring this free class. My background
Camille Riner graduated in January 2023 with her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certificate from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, Sounds True, and the Awareness Training Institute. She brings a creative flavor to her classes, often incorporating artwork, poetry, music, and movement. With a personal meditation practice that spans over a decade, Riner’s teaching interests in mindfulness include mindful creativity and well-being through guided meditations.
